An electrical feed refers to the component that connects the track system to your power source, enabling the lights to function. Below are descriptions of each feed type, written to simplify your selection process and enhance your understanding.

Top Entry Universal Electrical Feed: This connection allows for power entry from above and is versatile for use at any position along the track, making it ideal for both rod and wire-suspended track layouts. It includes a 2-metre long, 3-core electrical flex, providing flexibility in installation and positioning.

Bottom Entry Ceiling Mounted Feed: Specifically designed for tracks that are directly affixed to the ceiling, this feed facilitates power wiring from an existing ceiling fixture. It features a short length of flexible cable that hangs between the connection and the track, ideal for installations on solid ceilings where surface wiring is necessary. Like the universal feed, it can be placed at the end or any joint along the track.

End-Mount Direct Entry Feed: This feed is designed for a seamless, clean look as it allows power to come directly through the ceiling into the end of the track. It is exclusively used with surface-mounted track layouts, providing a direct and discreet power connection.

Mid-System Dual Entry Feed: Ideal for surface-mounted tracks where power needs to be distributed evenly across the layout, this feed enters through the ceiling and can power tracks extending from both sides. This design supports independent or joint wiring of the track sections, suitable for configurations with multiple switch controls.
